| Announcement: War of Theta |

The TBH, OPG, and Benitez have finally declared that they will do what they want in Theta, so we will do what we have to. They are all fully hostile and a state of war exists between us. All are to be hunted and shot upon entry to Theta. The RoS, 101st, and BLS will be stationing ships in Theta to help in defense and to launch attacks upon Gamma.
We will be aiding them in those attacks when requesting or when a member of the high command plans orders an attack.
All members need at least a Taiiden Bomber with Supernovas and Infernos. Gunboats and fighters are available to any who can afford them.

The TBH has agreed to the peace treaty offered, after a few modifications. Follow this rules when dealing with TBH and other Corsairs.
-AW has delicious travel rights and docking rights in Gamma, but no permission to go to Omicron 91.
-TBH has delicious travel rights and docking rights in Theta, but no permission to go to Omicron 74.
-AW will not buy any Corsair ships, but do have access to Corsair equipment.
-TBH will not buy any Zoner ships, but do have access to Zoner equipment.
-AW will not fire on anyone in Gamma except in self-defense, or if the target is also someone hostile to the TBH.
-TBH will not fire on anyone in Theta except in self-defense, or if the target is also someone hostile to AW. Under no circumstances will TBH pirate in Theta. Corsairs may not fire on Outcasts, Outcasts may not fire on Corsairs. AW will stop fighting, and direct it to take place in Omicron Eta.
-Neither Corsairs or Outcasts will position large ships, Gunboats or bigger, in Theta.
-AW is allowed to scan TBH ships on demand inside Theta.
-TBH is allowed to scan AW ships on demand inside Gamma.
-AW will can dock on any Corsair bases inside Gamma, but it is advised that TBH gives permission.
-TBH will can dock on any Zoner bases inside Theta, but it is adivsed that AW gives permission.
-AW can request TBH to leave Theta at any time for a good reason if TBH forces are not engaged.
-TBH can request AW to leave Gamma at any time for a good reason if AW forces are not engaged.

Many have asked what has happened and the short version is we lost our host. Before you panic we have been looking into possible new hosts and even getting a new server altogether. The problem is that we are not sure why TLR should exist anymore. In the last year the number of members has dropped in the forums, and we have been relegated to be nothing more than an advertisement server for the other Freelancer communities. We no longer receive support from most of the mod, server, and clan sites, but instead we keep hearing about everyone badmouthing this site and its forums. So the question is: why bother bringing it back?
This Sunday, November 25th, at 8pm (GMT), the staff of TLR is meeting together to decide what our answer will be to that question. This is where you come in: we have setup an IRC channel and we want anyone who is interested in the future of Lancer's Reactor to come to IRC at that time and voice your support for the site. Showing us your interest in TLR will greatly affect our willingness to continue the site. Bring your friends and fellow players, and tell everyone you know to come. The only way this site will continue on is if it has the backing of the Freelancer community across the globe.
We still love this game and would like to make sure it never dies, but we cannot do it alone. We need your support and your financ...

| Announcement: High Command Notice: Battleships, corsair weapons |

From now on, and until further notice, the commissioning of new Cruisers, Frigates and Battleships is no longer allowed.
We have 7 battleships right now, and many cruiser/frigates/destroyers. And we think that those numbers are enough for the size of our fleet.
You can get any ship from a light fighter to a gunboat without need to ask for permission tough.
Also, as we are still at war with the Corsairs (namely, the TBH), getting any corsair weapon is not allowed, even if such gun is lootable.
Those ships that already have corsair guns can keep them for the moment, but no new acquisitions can be made. I have a full list of ships available to check that, so don't try to get such guns and say you got them before today, for i will know if it is true or not. To replace the Tizonas, you can get adv. Debilitators. Those are not as powerful as Corsair shield busters, but still pack a nice punch.

Ok everyone, recently the so called Council of Zoners has gotten too big for their boots and think they can run our faction in accordance to their views. Well we will not stand for this and will deal with it. I want everyone to know now that we dont want you to post in their thread or engage in conversation about it to ANYONE outside of the AW. This is all about minimising any potential damage they may try to inflict on us and as such punishments will be severe or those who break the rules i've just set above. If anyone not in the AW or Admin team ask you about it tell them its not your place to say, screenshot it and PM me immediately. Also if you have any questions about this send me a PM. Thanks in advance guys and keep an eye out.
